The upscale and exquisite city of Boca Raton is nestled in the southeastern segment of Florida, about 45.3 miles north of Miami City. The region is bounded on the east by the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico and other waterways near the area. The main thoroughfare in Boca Raton is Interstate 95, which links the community to several parts of Florida, including Delray Beach on the north and Fort Lauderdale on the south. The city is defined on the west by Florida Turnpike, on the north by Linton Boulevard, and on the south by the waters of Lake Boca Raton.
